In-Person or Live Online Events:
All events and Masterclass tickets are non-refundable.
Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions:
There are no refunds for sessions already delivered, as you are reserving Marta’s dedicated time and energy.
If you purchase a multi-session package and decide after your first session that it is not the right fit, you may cancel the remaining portion of your package. The refund will be calculated based on the current single-session rate at the time of purchase.
Currently, single-session rates are:
• 50-minute session – $299 USD
• 25-minute session – $150 USD
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days of your first session and at least 48 hours before any future session.
If you have partially paid for a package but cannot complete the payments, no refunds will be issued, as your time and spot were held exclusively for you.
Group Coaching Programs:
You may request a full refund within 5 days after the first group session. After that period, no refunds will be granted.
If you miss a payment, access to live sessions and recordings will pause until your account is current. Once your payments are up to date, recordings of missed sessions will be re-enabled.
Webinars and Home Study Recordings:
Full payment is required to access digital or recorded content. All sales are final.
